Serving Up Some Appreciation to Customer Support

It takes the work of every department to create a productive and successful day at Cars For Sale, but this past week everyone in the company took turns and a little of their time to recognize the hard work of the Customer Support Team. 

There are a lot of reasons to celebrate Customer Support, whether it’s because they’re happily taking phone calls and answering any customer questions or whether it’s because they’re staying up to date on software upgrades in their downtime to proactively explain any technical details and procedures. The entire team has certainly earned a week’s worth of recognition! 

To make sure they felt the appreciation they deserve, pairs from other departments took turns serving up snacks, treats, and beverages all week. The Sales Team even dressed up in full-body Care Bear suits to add some extra fun to their deliveries. Some of the food included donuts, breakfast pizza, Chex mix, brownies, popcorn, and a taco-themed potluck. 

In addition to a variety of treats and good eats, the Customer Support team was given a round of applause in recognition of the hard work they do. To top it all off, on Friday, one of the Customer Support representatives, Cyndy S., received the employee of the month award. 

In her speech accepting the award, Cyndy thanked her own Customer Support team members, saying that she wouldn’t be able to do her job without them. 

We all know we couldn’t do what we do without their entire team, so we took a little bit of time to show that.
