What You Will Do
- Communicating with prospects, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
- Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities
- Demonstrating key products and features
- Staying up to date with product enhancements and industry trends
- Upselling products and services
- Closing deals and hitting sales goals
What You Will Need
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred
- Intermediate computer skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent phone and outbound calling skills
- Strong listening and sales skills
- Self-motivation, persistence, and ability to prioritize workloads
- Ability to hit sales targets
