What You Will Do

  • Communicating with prospects, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
  • Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities
  • Demonstrating key products and features
  • Staying up to date with product enhancements and industry trends
  • Upselling products and services
  • Closing deals and hitting sales goals

What You Will Need

  • Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good organizational skills
  • Excellent phone and outbound calling skills
  • Strong listening and sales skills
  • Self-motivation, persistence, and ability to prioritize workloads
  • Ability to hit sales targets
