Job Overview

The IT Department supports the business by providing and maintaining all internal technological products and initiatives. This position will be responsible for setup and maintenance of desktop PCs, troubleshooting PC and software issues, and the installation and support of our internal network.

What You Will Do

• Setup internal company devices for end users
• Provide computer-related support to all departments within the company
• Respond and resolve requests submitted via internal ticketing system
• Escalate requests to the correct group when appropriate
• Provide regular updates on open requests
• Document information related to requests, tasks, and projects
• Be the face of our IT group

What You Will Need

• High school diploma or equivalent and/or relevant experience
• Must have a good understanding of the following:
  • Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
  • Mac OS
  • Mobile Device Operating Systems
  • Printer setup/troubleshooting
• Must have a basic understanding of the following:
  • Office 365
  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • Client to server relationships
  • Phone Systems
  • IT Networking
  • Audio and Video technologies
  • Other technologies
• Must be able to:
  • Adapt to an evolving IT environment
  • Communicate clearly and effectively via oral and/or written
  • Always maintain professionalism
  • Install and configure operating systems and software
  • Troubleshoot end user devices/applications
  • Be self-motivated, persistent, and able to prioritize workloads
