‘Tis the Season at Cars For Sale
December is a busy month at Cars For Sale, and you feel it the moment you walk in. The building transforms into a full-on winter wonderland, complete with wreaths, tinsel, ornaments, and multiple Christmas trees spread throughout the space. It’s more than a few decorations—it’s a spectacle that instantly puts you in a holiday mood and makes the office feel even more welcoming.
Secret Santa Surprises
Across different teams, Secret Santa gift exchanges added to the holiday fun. Presents included shower bombs, notebooks, hot cocoa kits, candy, energy drinks, gift cards, and even Christmas-themed Legos. It was a mix of practical, fun, and unexpected — exactly what you’d hope for.
Festive Christmas Sweaters
About a dozen people went all in on the holiday spirit with festive Christmas sweaters in red, green, blue, and everything in between. These sweaters had big letters, bold designs, and even bigger personalities. Antlers, goofy glasses, and other props all took things up a notch. Katie B. took second place with her llama sweater, but Cyndy S. came out on top with a tinsel wreath that was simply too hard to beat.
Holiday Party Highlights
Our annual holiday celebration brought everyone together to wrap up the year. It kicked off with a chance to look at our Christmas book, which highlights moments from the past year. From there, the day blended work and play with warm hot cocoa, a company update, and plenty of conversation.
After lunch, everyone participated in four rounds of Reindeer Games. Everyone split into teams to get started. From lifting candy canes from one bowl into another (without using hands) to creating outfits made of wrapping paper, these games required a unique blend of creativity and skill.
Other competitions included the jingle bell box shake and scooping bows into a bowl – while being blindfolded! Once the winning team was announced, we wrapped up the day. It was a fitting way to celebrate, reflect, and close out the year together.
