We’re looking for an energetic Online Design Specialist for our Creative Web Team who is excited to produce dynamic graphic and web designs, create brand and logo designs, and develop layouts to support over 20,000+ websites! You will have the opportunity to put your skills to use to help determine the style and arrangement of illustrative material and copy while applying your knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts. Our next team member should have a general working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as HTML, CSS, and Responsive Web Design. What We Need You To Do

  • Manage dealer website process and resources
  • Responsible for designing and maintaining dealer websites within content management system
  • Complete customer requests, ranging in difficulty from simply correcting a phone number to creating a fully custom website
  • Help maintain and design new website templates, mockup websites, and demo websites
  • Contribute to and maintain the company’s extensive Image Collection
  • Collaborate with other teams about various tasks as needed
  • Complete demos, phone support, and priority tasks
  • Other related responsibilities or duties as assigned to meet the department goals

You’ll Also Need

  • An Associate’s Degree or equivalent and/or at least 1 year of experience in the field or in a related area
  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
  • Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment
  • Works under direct supervision
  • Working knowledge of Adobe CS6/CC Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and Responsive Web Design techniques
  • Knowledge of jQuery, Javascript, Brackets, Acrobat Pro, and Bootstrap are a plus
  • Design portfolio exhibiting attention-to-detail and a solid grasp of current graphic and web design trends, principles, and techniques
  • Must have basic computer skills in both MAC and PC environments
  • Effective listening and strong written communication skills are needed
  • Must be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Must be self-motivated, persistent, and have the ability to prioritize workloads
