As a Business Analyst, you’ll partner with design, product, engineering, and business stakeholders to turn approved visual designs into clear, actionable requirements that bring digital solutions to life. You’ll work closely with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to make sure everyone’s aligned—and nothing important gets lost in translation.

Key Responsibilities

Design-to-Delivery Requirements

  • Support alignment between business goals, client needs, and technical feasibility by reviewing approved visual designs for websites, digital software solutions, lead generation platforms and internal tools to identify required functionality and system behavior
  • Translate designs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow
  • Vet designs to identify dependencies across inventory systems, lead management, CRM, pricing, and third-party integrations
  • Identify edge cases specific to dealer operations (multi-locations, pricing rules, disclaimers, compliance requirements
  • Ensure requirements include defined goals for lead capture, attribution, routing, and reporting as applicable

Stakeholder & Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between UX/UI, product, engineering, QA, sales, support, and operations teams to ensure alignment on goals and expectations
  • Collaborate closely with designers to clarify interactions, behaviors, and dealer intent behind designs
  • Communicate scope, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs clearly to internal stakeholders
  • Partner with QA to define test scenarios covering dealer-specific use cases and data variations
  • Stay informed through UAT to help confirm that features work as expected across different dealer configurations

Process Improvement & Documentation

  • Document dealer-specific workflows and system behavior resulting from new designs
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or risks introduced by design changes and recommend solutions
  • Maintain clear, consistent documentation to support ongoing development and future enhancements
  • Contribute to scalable standards for dealer website requirements and delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role
  • Experience working with website platforms, SaaS products, or digital marketing tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate visual designs into structured, actionable requirements
  • Experience working in agile or iterative development environments
