Carsforsale.com is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our facility. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to maintaining a sanitary environment.

What We Need You To Do

• Use janitorial solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces
• Clean and service restrooms with mops and disinfectants
• Identify and report possible repairs to the building
• Responsible for identifying any new cleaning or janitorial products brought into the building, accessing the Safety Data Sheets and ensuring that the informational books are kept up to date by informing the Facilities Manager
• Respond in a timely manner to the requests of the business for actions related to cleaning
• Order supplies from a variety of different vendors
• Other responsibilities and/or duties as assigned to meet the general janitorial needs

What You’ll Need

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or relevant experience
• Able to use basic janitorial equipment
• Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies and follow proper use instructions
• Ability to manage your time efficiently
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must be self-motivated and able to prioritize workloads
